Sr. Specialist, Corporate Communications


You are looking to work in an established public non-profit where your words and contributions make a difference. Writing is what you do best, persuasive and clear communications to reach employee, customers and community doing outreach including philanthropic activities. You are a jack/jill of all trades from content creative development through editing to final production of collateral, annual reports, newsletter, bill inserts and for presentations, digital video and online content. Be the liaison between community partners, education institutions and other nonprofits for sponsorship opportunities for corporate contributions and employee volunteerism. Requires excellent relationship and organizational project management skills, along with the ability to develop and position communications objectives for both internal resources and the public. You are all over website management including social media, familiar with CMS, SEO, analytics and media tracking tools. Collaborate with Director Corporate marcom team and Manager or Public Affairs who will work simultaneously with you on strategic ideation and direction. Culture and benefits are rewarding and excellent. Requires BA Degree, online portfolio of writing styles, 5 to 7 years’ experience in public information/communications, utilities background A+.
